SUNRUI Wind Turbine Blade Corporation Wins First Prize of Science and Technology from Chinese Materials Research Society

Recently, the Science and Technology Award Recognition Conference sponsored by the Chinese Materials Research Society was held in Shenzhen. With the support of 725, the project "Key Technology and Industrialization of Ultra-large Wind Turbine Blade Composite Material Design and Process" led by SUNRUI Wind Turbine Blade Corporation as the first completion unit won the first prize of Science and Technology Award of Chinese Materials Research Society.

SUNRUI wind power blade SR260 passed the static test successfully at one time

New goal achieved! SunRui Marine ammonia fuel supply system has obtained the world's first LR and CCS AIP certificate.

Recently, SunRui's self-developed Marine ammonia fuel supply system (AFSS) has been awarded the world's first LR and CCS Classification Society Approval in Principle (AIP) certificate. The successful development of AFSS by SunRui is another major breakthrough in the field of clean energy supply systems for ships, following the LNG supply system for ships and the methanol fuel supply system for ships.

The application of grain strengthening to improve low temperature embrittlement of titanium alloys

The production of titanium and its alloys requires strict control of oxygen content, mainly because interstitial oxygen will cause low temperature embrittlement of titanium material. A grain refinement strategy was proposed by Kyoto University in Japan, which apply high-pressure torsion and electric discharge machining on titanium ingots to obtain ultrafine-grained Ti-0.3wt.%O alloys with an average grain size of 2.0 μm. It combines high strength and ductility at 77 K (-196.15°C). Compared with the coarse-grained Ti- O alloy sample, the strength of the Ti-0.3O alloy is 1250 MPa, and the elongation rate is about 14%.

Hot isostatic pressing of TC4 titanium alloy powder and its application

Titanium powder is the basis for the production of TC4 titanium alloy metallurgy components, and its physical properties play a very important role in the performance of powder hot isostatic pressing. The commonly used pre-alloyed powder preparation processes for TC4 titanium alloy powder mainly include cold-wall crucible vacuum induction melting gas atomization method, electrode induction melting gas atomization method (EIGA) and plasma rotating electrode atomization method. The powder produced by EIGA method has comprehensive advantage of cost and performance therefore became the most popularized method among all the three.
