Product Introduction of ORV
The Open Rack Vaporizer (ORV) is one of the key pieces of equipment in the LNG industry chain. Used in coastal LNG receiving terminals, it utilizes convective heat exchange between seawater and LNG to convert liquefied natural gas into its gaseous state at ambient temperature, which is then transported to downstream users via the natural gas pipeline network. It is a major energy equipment typical for offshore engineering applications.
【Typical Performance】
The overall performance of the product has reached international standards, with some indicators outperforming other international brands. A standardized production line has been established, key processes have been automated, and batch supply is already underway, enabling an annual production capacity of 15 vaporizer units. A total of 45 LNG vaporizer products have been supplied to multiple key projects for clients including PipeChina, CNPC, CNOOC, and Sinopec, ranking first in China in terms of project volume!
