SUNRUI GasLink ™ Fuel Gas Supply System (FGSS) provides integrated system solution for both High-Pressure and Low-Pressure engines, and satisfies all gas supply demands for different engine types such as the two-stroke low-pressure main engine of WinGD, two-stroke high-pressure main engine of ME-GI, four-stroke engine of Wärtsilä, MAN-DF, MAK, Rolls-Royce, and NIGATA, and other facilities such as marine boiler, etc. SUNRUI GasLink ™ FGSS uses cryogenic tanks for LNG storage. In order to satisfy the fuel demand of marine equipment, the LNG fuel supply will be achieved by pressure boost of submerged pumps inside the storage tank and the water/ethylene glycol vaporization heating function. The highly integrated automation control system is realized by multi-point data acquisition, and the operation security is guaranteed by independent system design of control and security. The system functionality, design reliability and equipment selection are verified by process static computation, dynamic simulation, and analog simulation of the whole system. The gas supply stability of the FGSS is guaranteed and verified by the multi-operating hierarchical control technology and buffer tank capacity simulation.
