The Printed Circuit Heat Exchanger (PCHE) is a micro-channel heat exchanger with high heat transfer efficiency and compact structure. Photochemical etching is used to form a flow channel on the sheet, and the stacking of sheet bars and diffusion welding is used to form the heat exchanger core. If necessary, multi-cores are butt-welded, and finally the cores are welded to channel boxes and connecting pipes to form a complete heat exchanger.
